The chapel is the closest thing Nekupe has to an answer. It wasn’t built to impress anyone. It was built because a reserve this committed to silence needed one more place where silence was the entire point: no view to admire, no experience to have, just a place to sit.<\/p>\n

Every other structure at Nekupe went through the same discipline: infrastructure buried underground, architecture designed to dissolve into the land rather than announce itself, interiors arranged around Feng Shui principles for balance and flow.
